🌍 Returns – Important Notice (Outside Europe)

For customers outside the European Union, including the United States and other regions:

  • Return shipping labels are NOT provided

  • Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping themselves

  • This applies to all returns, including:

    • Regular returns

    • Damaged or defective items

Returns – European Union

For customers within the European Union:

  • You are eligible for a 14-day return period

  • In most cases, return shipping labels may be provided

  • Returns are handled through our EU warehouse partners

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order after return approval
