Bemi Cognita Tab 6 is a light and handy solution for reading books and listening to audiobooks for people who value simple operation with advanced book reader functions!

The heart of Cognita Tab 6+ is a processor with 4 cores (Quad-core) Cortex-A35 with 1GB RAM.

The reader has a 6” eink screen with Carta technology with a built-in touch panel and smart LED backlight with color adjustment. It impresses with its practicality, ease of touch operation, lightness and versatility.

The 32GB internal memory will hold a ton of books - forget about weighing them down with your suitcases.

If you need more space, the Cognita Tab 6+ also has a microSD card reader that supports cards up to 256GB.

The built-in Wi-Fi module makes it easy to connect to the Internet and allows you to transfer files without using a cable.

E-ink screen

Thanks to the 6” screen with the latest E-Ink Carta technology, reading is a complete pleasure. The new screen has better contrast and a whiter background. Thanks to the improved refresh, you can read more pages without losing quality without the “screen blinking” effect. The eink screen with a 16-level grayscale, imitates the effect of traditional printing on paper. The resolution of 1024x758, 212 ppi provides super comfortable reading without eye fatigue. The text is clear and easy to read.

Touch panel with anti-reflective coating

The Cognita Tab 6+ touch panel is covered with a special anti-reflective coating, thanks to which you can read books even in full sunlight. The touch screen provides intuitive, easy operation of the device.

The touch key at the bottom of the panel conveniently allows you to quickly return to the previous menu or close the function window.

Screen Backlight

Bemi Cognita Tab 6+ has a built-in smart LED backlight that allows you to adjust not only the brightness but also the color.

The reader has a set of LEDs with cold and warm light (blue and yellow).

Cognita Tab 6+ supports most of the available e-book formats such as: PDF (Reflow), epub, epub.zip, MOBI (mobipocket), FB2, FB2.ZIP, AZW, AZW3, DOC, DOCX, TXT, TXT.ZIP, DJVU, RTF, HTM, HTML.

The reader also supports comic book formats: CBR and CBZ.

Additionally, it displays graphic files in the following formats: JPG, BMP, PNG and audio: mp3, OGG, FLAC, WAV, AAC, M4A.

PDF Reflow

Cognita Tab 6+ supports a very useful Reflow function for PDF files. Reflow is a way of breaking up the content of a PDF file so that it is read as text, just like in a file such as epub or fb2. The text automatically adjusts to the size of the page, making reading pleasant and comfortable. The text can also be enlarged, which is impossible when reading the original PDF file.

TTS – text to speech

Cognita Tab 6+ has built-in a speech synthesizer, a function that allows you to convert written text to sound. Thanks to this function, Cognita Tab 6+ allows you to change the book you are reading into an audiobook.

This function is especially useful for people who like to listen to audiobooks, want to deepen their knowledge, language skills or want to perform many tasks at the same time while enjoying their books.

Cognita Tab 6+ supports speech synthesizer in 24 languages ​​such as: Polish, English, Danish, Finnish, French, Hindi, Bengali, Spanish, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Portuguese, Russian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, Hungarian, Italian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese.

Dictionary/Translator

Cognita Tab 6+ has built-in dictionary functions (stardict format) and a translator with many languages ​​to choose from. The translator supports the translation of single words as well as entire paragraphs or pages.

The device also allows you to check a word in Wikipedia.

Thanks to the built-in Glossary, we can always go back to our translations to check them again.

Books library

Cognita Tab 6+ allows you to display the library as tiles with book covers or a list of files, both in the internal memory and on the memory card if it has been placed in the reader.

The reader allows you to create your own shelf, a Personal Space, protected by a password, where you can store your own favorite books, without access by other people who are using device.

In addition to the name of the book/file, you can view the file format (list) and the % of the book read.

The library can be displayed in categories: Library, Added, Read, Read and Unread.

Additionally, you can sort the library, perform batch actions, create a new folder, search for a book or view reading statistics.
