After-sales service is very important to us, so Bemi device comes with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty in a door-to-door format. If you have any problem with your device, you will send the device for free for service! After any repair or replacement, the service will return the device at the manufacturer's expense

1. You can submit a warranty complaint in writing electronically to the following e-mail address: serwisbemi@ruggedmobile.pl
2. The message should include the model, serial number (if available), date of purchase, confirmation of purchase (e.g. invoice or Allegro order number), your address details along with telephone contact details and a detailed description of the fault.
3. Then, to ship the device, please complete the form: https://axeservices.dhl24.com.pl/panel-klienta
4. In the field: "Reason for return*", enter the device serial number, IMEI number or, if it is missing, the device model name.
5. Please print the consignment note yourself and stick it on the parcel.
6. Please include with your shipment the description of the fault and the return address provided earlier in your e-mail. Lack of these documents may result in refusal of repair.
7. We also suggest that additional items such as a cable, power supply, etc. be included in the shipment.
8. The courier will collect the parcel on the agreed date. The shipping cost is covered by the service.
9. The manufacturer undertakes to repair the defect or issue new goods if the purchased equipment turns out to be defective due to the manufacturer's fault.
10. The repaired device will be sent back by the service center to the same address from which it was sent.
11. In the case of faults resulting from improper use, such as mechanical damage, liquid flooding, overvoltage, if the service center is able to repair the device, the customer will receive a repair cost estimate. The device can be repaired for a fee only after the customer accepts the cost estimate.

We will respond to your complaint immediately after receiving the shipment, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt.
